About Us

Every year for the past 12 years, Hockey Access has been able to provide approximately 100 kids from underprivileged families the opportunity to play hockey. These kids play organized hockey or recreational hockey (Hockey Loisir sponsored by the City of Gatineau). Most of these kids and their families are from the Outaouais region.

Hockey Access provides new and used hockey equipment to these kids as well as financial support for registration and, in some cases, team fees.

Hockey is much more than a sport; it helps create friendships and facilitates community integration.
