We all know that 2020 has been a difficult year for everyone and so was the 2020-2021 hockey season as well. As health measures are essential for everyone's health, the postponement and cancellation of hockey-related activities resulted in Access Hockey operations being kept to a minimum and that the usual activities of our organization also had to be postponed or canceled.
In spite of that, we were still able to go a little way and accomplish or start the following tasks:
– Financial partnership with the Caisses Desjardins for another year
– New partnership with Perspectives Hockey
– Donation of 40 pairs of skates to Pierre-Elliott-Trudeau school in Hull for their initiation program for newcomers
– Creation of new web site (acceshockey.ca)
– Restructuring of our civil and management insurance
– Equipment for the Fort Coulonge High School pick-up hockey program
– Skates for the “Accro du patin” program in collaboration with the Deschênes community center
– Skates and gloves for the "Initiation to hockey" program in collaboration with the Aylmer minor hockey association
